These Terms of Sale (hereinafter: "Terms") govern all purchases made through the Need4Feed online shop at need4feed.hr. By placing an order through our webshop, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ovi Uvjeti prodaje (u daljnjem tekstu: "Uvjeti") reguliraju sve kupnje izvršene putem Need4Feed internetske trgovine na need4feed.hr. Slanjem narudžbe putem naše internetske trgovine, kupac potvrđuje da je pročitao, razumio i da pristaje biti vezan ovim Uvjetima.

These Terms apply to all consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) who purchase products through our online shop, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača) and applicable EU regulations.
Ovi Uvjeti primjenjuju se na sve potrošače (fizičke osobe koje djeluju izvan svoje djelatnosti, posla, obrta ili profesije) koji kupuju proizvode putem naše internetske trgovine, u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača i primjenjivim propisima Europske unije.
All prices displayed in our online shop are stated in EUR (euros) and include VAT (PDV) at the rate of 25%, in accordance with Croatian tax regulations.
Sve cijene prikazane u našoj internetskoj trgovini izražene su u EUR (eurima) i uključuju PDV po stopi od 25%, u skladu s hrvatskim poreznim propisima.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any orders already placed will be charged at the price displayed at the time the order was submitted. The price confirmed in your order confirmation email is the final price.
Zadržavamo pravo promjene cijena u bilo kojem trenutku bez prethodne obavijesti. Međutim, već zaprimljene narudžbe bit će naplaćene po cijenama prikazanima u trenutku slanja narudžbe. Cijena potvrđena u vašoj potvrdnoj e-poruci je konačna cijena.
Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product in terms of colour, packaging design, or label details. We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received the order. A binding contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is sent to the customer's email address.
Nakon slanja narudžbe, kupac će primiti potvrdu narudžbe putem e-pošte. Ova e-poruka potvrđuje da smo zaprimili narudžbu. Obvezujući ugovor između prodavatelja i kupca zaključen je u trenutku slanja potvrde narudžbe na e-adresu kupca.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in the product information or pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Zadržavamo pravo odbiti ili otkazati bilo koju narudžbu ako proizvod nije dostupan, ako postoji greška u informacijama o proizvodu ili cijenama, ili ako sumnjamo na prijevarnu aktivnost.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers.
Sva plaćanja obrađuju se sigurno putem Stripea, procesora plaćanja certificiranog prema PCI DSS razini 1. Ne pohranjujemo niti imamo pristup vašim potpunim podacima o kartici. Vaši podaci o plaćanju su kriptirani i preneseni izravno na Stripeove sigurne poslužitelje.
Payment is charged at the time of order. If the payment cannot be processed, the order will not be confirmed.
Plaćanje se naplaćuje u trenutku narudžbe. Ako se plaćanje ne može obraditi, narudžba neće biti potvrđena.
We deliver products across Croatia. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and external factors beyond our control.
Isporučujemo proizvode diljem Hrvatske. Procijenjeno vrijeme isporuke je 3–5 radnih dana od datuma potvrde narudžbe. Vrijeme isporuke može varirati ovisno o adresi dostave i vanjskim čimbenicima izvan naše kontrole.
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before the order is finalised. The total cost including shipping will be shown before payment is processed.
Troškovi dostave izračunavaju se i jasno prikazuju na blagajni prije finaliziranja narudžbe. Ukupni trošak uključujući dostavu bit će prikazan prije obrade plaćanja.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery — that is, when the goods are physically handed over to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.
Rizik od gubitka ili oštećenja proizvoda prelazi na kupca u trenutku isporuke — odnosno, kada se roba fizički preda kupcu ili osobi koju je kupac odredio.
In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

The consumer may use the standard withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

Upon withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was sent. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Po odustanku, potrošač mora vratiti robu bez nepotrebnog odgađanja i najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od datuma slanja obavijesti o odustanku. Roba mora biti nekorištena, neoštećena i u originalnoj ambalaži.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that the goods have been sent back). The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Povrat sredstava izvršit ćemo u roku od 14 dana od primitka vraćene robe (ili dokaza da je roba poslana natrag). Povrat će se izvršiti istim načinom plaćanja koji je korišten za izvornu kupnju.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law and the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to file a complaint for any lack of conformity (defect) of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods (statutory warranty).

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and respond within 15 days. If a product is found to be defective, we will, at the consumer's choice, replace the product or issue a full refund, including delivery costs.

The products sold through our online shop are pet supplements and nutritional products, not veterinary medicines. They are intended to support the health and well-being of animals but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Need4Feed d.o.o. is not liable for any damage resulting from the misuse of products, failure to follow usage instructions, or use of products for purposes other than those described on the packaging or product page.
Need4Feed d.o.o. ne odgovara za bilo kakvu štetu nastalu uslijed nepravilne uporabe proizvoda, nepoštivanja uputa za uporabu ili korištenja proizvoda u svrhe koje nisu opisane na ambalaži ili stranici proizvoda.
